		<description>SD - yes.  Irfanview is a great tool as well. Particularly the batch conversion/rename feature is a great boon for someone who wants to manipulate a large number of pictures.  You can even create slideshows with Irfanview.</description>

		<description>I store my photos on my local computer.  It is easy to transfer them to my PC and have come up with a naming  scheme for my folders and photos which is working for me for now.  As far as the tools are concerned, I use Irfanview (it is for free and it is a great tool) to browse and prepare small versions of file etc.  (Irfanview website: http://www.irfanview.com/).
